Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beverly Grace was very professional and hard working! This has been a tough market, but she held more ‘open houses’ than I have ever seen any agent offer!
Thank you, again, Beverly!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had a truly great experience working with Grace Realty. Beverly was the listing agent on a home sale for my recent closing on a home in the Mainlands. Bev was on top of everything and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done correctly and on time. I was always able to reach her by phone and email. She was professional, kind and she put alot of care into getting this home sold. I would definately work with her again and reccomend to others.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Beverly and I recently worked a transaction together where she had the seller and I had the buyer. Communication was key in this deal and we both did what we needed to do, while being professional, and representing our parties accordingly. I would happily work through another deal with Beverly in the future.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. "I would like to thank Beverly Grace from Grace Realty for all of the hard work she did for us when we recently sold our property in Indian Shores Florida. From listing our property right through to the closing day. Her knowledge and vast experience as a real-estate broker was very apparent from the first time we met and talked with her about listing our property. She explained the process and was there for us every step of the way. A true professional, she was in communication with us whenever it was needed. Early morning texting, late night phone calls and emails; always positive and always cheerful! She was a terrific lady to have representing us! What a truly great person to have representing the real-estate business in Seminole Florida! If ever again we are in need for an agent in the Tampa Bay area or know of someone that is looking for a great agent to represent them, we would highly recommend Beverly Grace from Grace Realty!
